Maple Place Towers’ vision reflects the community’s values and the City’s broader growth and sustainability objectives. By integrating green infrastructure into the master plan, the
development supports daily living while promoting health, well-being, and meaningful social connection.
At its heart, The Crescent forms a defining green spine, framed by a carefully arranged cluster of towers that enhance livability and environmental performance. Together with adjacent outdoor amenities, it creates a distinctive urban gateway for Guildford Centre, a vibrant community “living room” connected to the public realm.
Minimalism guides the architectural expression, beginning with form-making. A singular tower form is repeated and arranged in a bouquet-like composition, creating a refined yet
dynamic skyline presence. Composed of high-performance vision glass and white engineered stone horizontal bands, the slender towers capture and reflect light throughout the day. By night, they read as luminous sculptural forms within the landscape - poised like elegant figures in the park.
The design establishes a strong “destination” identity for both residents and visitors. As residents return home at the end of their daily commute, they are welcomed by a distinctive environment that fosters pride and a clear sense of belonging.
