Located at the corner of Hornby and Drake in Downtown Vancouver, the tower massing is built on the strategy by opening key corners of the site to create a generous drop-off area and strengthen connections to the surrounding urban context. Featured with a series of staggered, sawtooth balconies are integrated into the façade, introducing subtle articulation while maintaining a clean and cohesive architectural expression distinct from typical cantilevered balcony designs.
This approach enhances both form and livability. The angled balcony geometry preserves efficient interior layouts while orienting living spaces toward improved views, natural light, and greater visual openness at both upper and lower levels.
The building core is designed to bring daylight deep into common corridors through full-height glazing, reinforcing residents’ visual connection to the outdoors. Complementing the residential experience, automated bicycle storage at grade provides a secure and space-efficient mobility amenity that supports contemporary urban living.
The amenity spaces are designed to extend daily living beyond the unit, offering shared areas that promote wellness, social interaction, and a strong sense of community. Carefully positioned, these spaces maximize natural light and views while creating a comfortable and inviting environment for residents.
Shaped by the rezoning framework, the tower massing opens key corners of the site to enhance urban connectivity, create a generous and welcoming arrival zone.
