Featured with a series of staggered, sawtooth balconies are integrated into the façade, introducing subtle articulation while maintaining a clean and cohesive architectural expression distinct from typical cantilevered balcony designs.

This approach enhances both form and livability. The angled balcony geometry preserves efficient interior layouts while orienting living spaces toward improved views, natural light, and greater visual openness at both upper and lower levels.
