Its façade, clad in vibrant glass panels, weaves together the five signature tower colours into a shimmering “barcode”, a visual DNA that unifies the project. Through light and colour, the café becomes an emblem of collective identity, while offering a warm and welcoming interior atmosphere.

Conceived as a threshold between architecture and landscape, the café opens generously toward the central plaza and tower-framed courtyard, blurring the boundary between inside and out. Its orthogonal geometry reflects the disciplined language of the towers, ensuring formal coherence, while its intimate scale and transparency foster human connection.
